This 3D printed bias tape maker is specially sized and configured to accommodate jelly roll strips and Katahdin batting.
By forming the fold perfectly and holding the fabric in the correct position, you'll save up to a third to half the time in constructing your jelly roll rug. What's more, you'll get a more accurate and precise fold, so you can avoid the "cupping" that can creep into jelly roll rug projects. (If you're of a certain age, you know that hands can tend to get cramp-y doing this kind of work. Here's welcome relief!)
Designed by Cindy Bruner, one of our Quilt in a Day and Kimberbell certified instructors, with years of experience, Jerry prints them on his 3D printers and brings his years of experience as an engineer at the National Labs to bear on the product. Now in it's 3rd revision, with improved strength and usability, you won't find this tool anywhere else.
